These terms and Conditions state important requirements regarding your use of Orlate Inc.’s ? service and your relationship with Orlate Inc. if you accept this agreement, It will apply to all your service plans from us. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions will be implied by the use of the Orlate Inc.’s services.
“You” means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.
Trademark “Orlate” is used by Orlate Inc. All references to Orlate refer to Orlate Inc.
Customer’s Responsibility to Back up the Data
Customer agrees that prior to Orlate servicing any Customer equipment it is Customer's responsibility to back up the data, software, information or other files stored on Customer's computer disk drives and peripherals.
Response time for Customer Service Request
All service request for customer support are assigned a severity level. Based on the severity level assigned, it may take up to 2 business days to respond to the customer service request.
LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE
Orlate reserve the right to refrain from providing the Services ordered and instead refund Customer's payment, on the basis that the minimum system requirements are not met.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Orlate, its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including actual attorneys” fees, resulting from: (a) Customer's breach of this Agreement; (b) Customer's actual or alleged infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret.
Modification to Terms and Conditions
Orlate may change the terms and conditions of the Service. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Orlate will notify you by posting the changes to the site from which you purchased the Services (www.orlate.com)
The Orlate Refund Policy which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions is incorporated here by reference (http://www.orlate.com/refund-policy.php). If you have not yet reviewed the Orlate Refund Policy, then please do so prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America.
Orlate Inc. is an independent provider of technical support services for software, hardware and peripherals. We have expertise in products from a wide variety of third party companies. We are not affiliated to any third-party companies unless such relationship is expressly specified. Technical support may be provided by the brand owners.
